At Rescue Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of the delivery date.
Request Authorization
Email our customer service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping fees.
